Handbook Partnership Announcement – TPP

TPP have become the new Careers Domain Partner for the RiF Handbook

We are delighted to announce that TPP, the specialist non-profit and public sector recruitment consultancy firm, have become the latest Partner of the RiF Handbook. Since 1996, TPP have been providing dedicated recruitment support for institutions ranging from charitable and educational organisations to health and social care bodies, covering all manner of operational roles and needs. Furthermore, aligning with the knowledge sharing purpose of the Handbook, TPP proudly provide a wide range of free value-added services, that educate and inform.

As sponsors of the Careers Domain of the Handbook, TPP will be supporting the Handbook’s provision of career pathways and professional standards within the prospect research sector. At present, the domain covers the Role of a Prospect Researcher in a fundraising or development setting and the ability to communicate our crucial work to others effectively, whilst planned chapters will look to soft skill development, people management techniques, and examples of scaling different models. TPP’s support will be pivotal in developing this future content and adding value for the Handbook’s subscribers.

Sophie Butler, Divisional Director at TPP stated, “TPP have been a supporter of the valuable work of the RiF committee for several years and we are proud to continue that support through this valuable digital resource. Regarded as recruiters who do the right thing and exceed expectations, we help organisations to attract and retain talent and support professionals to reach their career goals. We also proudly provide free volunteer advertising, salary survey reports, D&I recruitment grants and regularly hold free events for fundraising and prospect research professionals.”

Chris Davis, Chair of RiF Committee, stated, “We are very excited to announce TPP as Learning Partners for the Careers domain of the Handbook. We hope that the Careers domain will help support prospect researchers to upskill, achieve their professional development goals, and progress into leadership roles within our sector – a mission that we know is shared by TPP. We look forward to working closely with them and benefiting from their expertise in this space.”
